4) How do I return a product?

We accept returns for all online purchases. Our return policy allows that you have 14 days to return items with which you are not satisfied.

Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders, restocking fee is waived for exchange orders. In order to receive credit for your return, all returned products must be in same condition as they were received. Please repack your order to protect from damage. No refunds for items returned in damaged condition.

Requests for return authorizations after 14 days from day of receipt will be refused.
If the terms above have been met, all you have to do is e-mail us at info@alphafurnishings.com with your name, original order number, and the reason for return. We will send you a Return Authorization via email to be printed and included with the returned product. This is to guarantee that your account is credited properly.
